Riga Christian Street Children Centre is founded with the blessing of Riga and all Latvian Metropolitan Aleksandr and works with street children since 1996.

The Centre provides a place for children and teens to spend their leisure time in a safe and supportive environment playing games, communicating with peers, using internet, attaining co-living skills. They can have meals and also wash their clothes there. Both children and their parents can receive information, advice and support, social and psychological consultations from trained professionals here. Children bring each other to the Centre and information spreads from family to family.
