Adults often reproach children and teenagers for their bad behaviour, for neglecting social norms, for missing classes, for violence and similar misbehaviour. It seems however society has little concern for the reasons of this situation and beginnings of children aggression.

Children are not born naughty! Researches show that the source of anti-social behaviour can always be found in the family and in the surroundings where the child is brought up!

 Many parents consider their commitments towards their children to be fulfilled if they have supplied their children with everything to answer all their material needs. Their emotional needs are not taken into consideration pretty often. Absence of warm-hearted common grounds aggravated by mutual aggression of parents, disregard among the members of the family as well as emotional, psychological and frequently physical violence against children, aggression in mass media – all provokes children to be violent. Children absorb the energy encompassing them and direct it towards society.

Schools underestimate the role of social education being primarily concerned in learning - up to recent accident. Some educationalists the obligation of school see as providing for knowledge not socialization.

The socially-political changes brought also changes of value-orientation. All the above mentioned factors had developed the situation that shows children destructive behaviour and increasing juvenile delinquency.
